2. Once you receive the file, it needs to be filled out and sent to the email address provided in the header.
3. You will need to wait for some time. We strive to work efficiently, but we receive a large number of requests, so it may take a few days to respond.
4. All request templates do not specify what kind of assistance you need. Therefore, after we process your request, a volunteer or representative from our center will contact you to find out how we can assist you.
